Process Decomposition & Improvement

A significant proportion of our work has been in process decomposition and analysis.

An objective of this is to identify areas of waste and leverage points for improvement. In the example shown, the need for five technology systems was identified and the cost and benefits of each calculated so that each module could be prioritised and cost justified.

Using the classic tools of business process re-engineering, we take a highly practical and pragmatic approach oriented towards the client’s situation and issues.

This example is from a glass processing company. We have also carried out such analyses for railways, automotive manufacturers and food companies.
